GRANVILLE 420TS SPRAYER​

Built with the same stamina and strength as our Harvester. Our 3-wheel drive Sprayer is fitted with a 420 gallon tank, Deere premium cab, and a Deere 4045TF diesel engine.

We use the latest technology from Hypro including their air purging system on stainless wet booms, along with the top of the line Micro-Trak Rate Controller. Simple nozzle rotation for different chemical applications such as contact sucker, fungicide and broadcast. Three-way nozzle body lets you change from low, medium and high pressure applications with a few easy turns.

Old systems rely on a paddle wheel to measure flow but our system utilize ions in the water. Easy transition from 8 row spray application to 12 row spray application can be achieved by removing a pin to fold the boom extension in or out.

The 420TS has a John Deere Premium Cab with air ride seats and arm rest boom controls. Also equipped with air condition, AM/FM radio, buddy seat and adjustable wheel tread from 92” to 120” with a crop clearance of 71”.

​PRECISION LEAF LOADING SYSTEM

The Electric Precision Leaf Loader fills a barn in less than an hour. With all electric motors, it takes 20% less electricity to operate than the previous hydraulic machines. As always, our Leaf Loader spreads your tobacco evenly into your boxes for better curing. We offer multiple size transition conveyors ranging from 16’ to 32’. The transition conveyor breaks up your tobacco to ensure good leveling by the paddle.

​HIGH-CAPACITY CURED LEAF CLEANING SYSTEMS

UTILIZING A VARIETY OF CONVEYORS, TUMBLERS, AND BALERS FOR BETTER BALES
Our baling and cleaning systems range in price depending on your needs. The Turbo Cleaner gently cleans your tobacco by air and rotation speed. Removing sand and black tobacco from leaves resulting in cleaner tobacco. The Turbo Cleaner breaks tobacco up in an even flow allowing for easier picking so undesirable tobacco does not end up in your bales. The Turbo Cleaner is highly recommended to provide quality, clean, bales of tobacco.

We customize our equipment to fit your needs and your barn site. We build a variety of pit conveyors, picking conveyors and infeed conveyors depending on the space you have. We offer 3 different size vertical balers including our Standard 54” Baler, Tall “Bacca” Baler and our Automatic Baler.
